Deerfield Ranch Subdivision was started in 2020 with a single mission: to build a subdivision that could help build our community and strengthen our town. Our team team has envisioned a subdivision that has amenities like a walking trail and water features and is accessible by young families and retiring couples alike.

Construction will begin in the summer of 2022 with reservations being sold as soon as fall of 2022.
We will have single level townhouses ranging from 900 - 1500 sq ft with standard or custom finishes. We strive to build an affordable housing option for those of us who work in essential industries like our teachers, doctors and nurses and many others who can't afford a half million dollar home.

We also plan to have a handful of single family patio home lots available. These can have custom finishes or be built according to our specifications and purchased as spec homes or to be built by your favorite builder!
